EDPS 410 - Ethics and Law in Teaching

Thinking about the Ethics of Teaching

With the numerous roles of a teacher come many responsibilities: both legal and ethical. This library guide will assist you in finding resources to discover, to explore, and to critically examine various situations you might face in your professional role as a teacher and or an administrator. In particular, this library guide will support you to find resources and citation help for your EDPS 410 assignments!

Note: When asked to find a case on a topic to discuss, you do not necessarily have to find a citation to a court case, unless your prof so specifies. Finding a case that is written up in a journal or newspaper article is generally sufficient.
