Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Secured Transactions  

The emphasis of this guide is on bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a few American and English resources as the law of these countries may influence Canadian law. Most of the resources listed are located in the Weir Law Library. Materials in the "Weir Reserve" area are available for short term loan only.
