Description
Although Environmental Law is an interdisciplinary topic and overlaps with research in ecology, renewable resources, political science, economics and development, this guide focuses on the legal aspects. This guide also emphasizes Canadian resources.
In Canada, all levels of government share the constitutional authority over the regulation and management of the environment.
Listed resources are located primarily in the Weir Law Library; however some materials may be located in other University Libraries, including off-campus Libraries. All of these materials can be found using the Library (NEOS) catalogue. The Library provides access to relevant databases and websites, as noted below.
