Overview of Guide

The emphasis of this guide is on Canadian human rights, anti-discrimination and civil rights law, with a few American and English resources as the law of these countries may influence Canadian law. Please note that civil rights are closely related to the Canadian Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. This guide therefore covers a wide range of topics such as human rights, civil rights, discrimination, due process of law etc. Most of the resources listed are located in the Weir Law Library. Materials in the "Weir Reserve" area are available for short term loan only.
