Overview of Guide
The emphasis of this guide is on Canadian intellectual property law, with a few American and English resources as the law of these countries may influence Canadian law. The field of Intellectual Property includes topics such as copyright, patents, trade marks, trade secrets, and other forms of intellectual property. Most of the resources listed are located in the Weir Law Library. Materials in the "Weir Reserve" area are available for short term loan only.
