Linking Principles

Link to an eBook using the URL for the record. 

 

Whenever possible, the Library has licensed unlimited  or multiple user versions of eBooks.  However, in some cases, an eBook was only available in a single user version at the time of licensing, i.e. only one person can access the full-text at a time and subsequent users can only access full-text after the first persion has exited the eBook. It is suggested that you make students aware of any user limits on the eBooks you link to on your reading lists.

One way of testing whether a book supports more than one simultaneous user is to try opening the eBook at the same time in two different browsers.
