Online Items: Library staff will check reading lists to locate links to e-journal articles, ebooks, ebook chapters and/or websites. The links - including the EZProxy prefix when required - will be added to your reading list and emailed to you. You can put the links into eClass, your course website, distribute to your students by email, etc. Your Moodle course provides a logical place to include a list of course readings.
Please remember to include the number of students in your class for course reading lists. We will check to make sure that any eBook links we provide will allow Multiple User Access for large classes.
Print Only Items: Library staff will make a note in your reading list indicating which items (if any) are not available online. The library call number will be provided. Items that are available in the library in print can be added to one of the campus library Reserve Rooms*, and your students will be able to share them by signing them out for short-term loans. When you submit your list, please indicate whether you would like to have print-only items added to a library Reserve Room.
Please remember to include the following information on your reading list when you submit it to the library:
Add print items to Reserve? - Yes or No
Dates for print items to be placed on Reserve and removed from Reserve
Which Library Reserve Room? (Education, Cameron, Rutherford, Health Sciences, etc.)
Number of students in your class
