Workplace Law  

The emphasis of this guide is on law related to work and workplaces.  Generally, "employment" refers to work in non-unionized work settings and "labour" to work in unionized work settings. Employment insurance, workers' compensation, and wrongful dismissal are also covered in this guide. Most of the resources listed are located in the Weir Law Library. Materials in the "Weir Reserve" area are available for short term loan only.
