JSTOR Global Plants offers access to botanical and related resources including:
 

  • Database of plant type specimens representing the botanical diversity of the planet. 
     
  • Scientific research articles and other content 
     
  • Foundational reference works and books 
     
  • Correspondence, including Kews Directors' Correspondence which included hand-written letters and memorandum from the senior staff of Kew from 1841 to 1928.
     
  • Paintings, photographs, drawings, and other images.


A significant portion of the content available on JSTOR Plant Science has been contributed through an effort known as the Global Plants Initiative (GPI).
