Data Licensed to the UofA

The following datasets are available through licensing agreements, specifically for the University of Alberta faculty, staff, and students for educational and research purposes only. Email data@ualberta.ca for more information on the following data.

  • AltaLIS – Licensed Data

Alberta: Property datasets for land titles, and Digital Integrated Dispositions (DIDs).

  • DMTI Spatial

Canada: CanMap Content Suite (over 300 mapping layers that include coast-to-coast GIS data of water, access, land use, enhanced points of interest, utility infrastructure, police and fire stations, boundaries, street network, etc.), CanMap Address Points (rooftop-level accuracy with land use status and high-precision geo codes), CanMap Postal CodeOM Suite (six character postal code points and boundaries)

 

Census Canada PUMF

Log in with your ualberta CCID and password to access the Public Use Microdata Files (PUMF). These tables can be joined to digital boundary files by Census Geography.
