Managing your references with folders is easy in ProQuest Refworks. This video will show you how to:

To delete a reference from your ProQuest Refworks account, select the reference using the check box and click on the trash can icon at the top of the reference list. Choose Delete from the drop down menu.
ProQuest Refworks now allows you to organize your references using Projects, which is particularly helpful for those conducting multiple research projects. This video will show you how to:
Select Tools from the top menu and choose Find Duplicates.
The Find Duplicate References window will appear.
You can select to search for duplicate references in the folder you are currently viewing or search for duplicate references across all of your references. Next, select one of the following criterias for matching from the drop-down menu: Exact Match, Close Match, or "Legacy" Close Match. More information about each criteria will display once you have selected. Once you're finished, click Find Duplicates.
If any duplicates are found, they will be highlighted and pre-selected to make them easy to delete.
