DATA ORGANIZATIONS

ACCOLEDS (A COPPUL Consortium Of  Library Electronic Data Services) is a consortium of Canadian Prairie, Pacific, and Maritime data libraries that work in concert to provide access to data and data services in their institutions. Through COPPUL, ACCOLEDS members share a federation membership in the ICPSR.

IASSIST (International Organization for Social Science Information Service and Techonology) is an international organization dedicated to the issues and concerns of data librarians, data archivists, data producers, and data users. This unique professional association assists members in their support of social science research.

DLI The Data Liberation Initiative is a partnership between postsecondary institutions and Statistics Canada which provides access to Canadian data resources, including a large collection of  Public Use Microdata Files and a special collection of aggregate data tables. The DLI also provides expert training and advice on the use of Statistics Canada data.
