ERA: Education & Research Archive

The ERA team aims for metadata (the terminology we use to describe individual items) that is of the highest possible quality. Therefore, metadata already in ERA may undergo enhancement on an ad-hoc or project basis, and we reserve the right to correct metadata as needed. Specifically:

• Much of the metadata in ERA is user-generated, and we strive to honour those descriptions while enhancing them as and when possible
• We support and actively participate in efforts aimed at metadata that is inclusive, respectful, and does not cause harm.
