ERA: Education & Research Archive

ERA: Education and Research Archive is one of the University of Alberta's flagship open access services. For the purposes of utility and cost savings, there are two groups who are permitted to use ERA to distribute items which are require authenticated (CCID) access. One group is internal to the University of Alberta Library and uses ERA to distributed collections which are licensed to the library for users and not permitted for open sharing. The other group is subject to a policy where they must release their materials to become open access within 1, 3 and 5 years of deposit.

No new groups will be granted this access, and CCID-authenticated item requests that are not associated with these two collections will not be permitted.
