Curation Approval Workflow

Users may submit items to ERA and they will be reviewed as a part of a curation approval workflow:

  • All submissions to ERA are reviewed by ERA HelpDesk staff before they are added to ERA
  • Your submissions will show as "workflow" when you click "myERA" until that time.
  • We review for record structure, metadata, file naming, content eligibility, and other factors, using a variety of points of evaluation for archiving/ curation.

Please note: If you need a DOI for your deposit, your submission form will provide you with a DOI as you move through the form. The DOI will be registered when your item is approved by ERA HelpDesk staff.
