Starting your search can seem daunting, but we can help you break things down into steps.

Some search strings to start with include:

• (equity or equitable) N2 (divers*) N2 (inclusiv*)
• (DE "Minorities--Education") OR (DE "Culturally relevant pedagogy") OR (DE "Social justice")

For article/database searches, find as many related search terms for your key concepts as possible - a thesaurus or Google is useful for this.

• "quotation marks" keep your search terms together (e.g. "financial sector" will search for instances where those two words appear next to each other). 
• *asterisks can help you search for words that have the same root (e.g. "ethic* financ*" searches "ethical financing " as well as "ethics/ethical finances/financing/finance/financial ).
